Fulfillment Q&A

Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of being placed. Orders are shipped via FedEx ground or GLS depending on the destination. All orders are shipped with an Adult Signature Required and a tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has shipped. All sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded for any reason. In the event of shipping damage, we will work with you to get the product replaced (see below). Please feel free to contact us with any additional questions.

SHIPPING FEE

Ground: $20 flat fee

Once spirits leave the retailer’s possession, they cannot be returned pursuant to applicable law concerning alcoholic products. However, in the event that your delivered item is damaged, MaClay Market and Cazcanes Tequila are happy to accept your claim in accordance with the procedures that are outlined below.

DAMAGED GOODS

MaClay Markey and Cazcanes Tequila understand that there will be times when products may be damaged during delivery. We will honor claims for replacement in such events. In order to process claims, we require that the customer who received the delivery return all damaged products at the direction of MaClay and Cazcanes Tequila, and we may make the arrangements for the delivery company to pick up the damaged items.  We request that you contact us to start the claim process. Please understand that if you do not return the damaged products, MaClay and Cazcanes Tequila may not be able to provide you with a replacement. Customers need to file a claim for damaged goods within 30 days of receipt of the order. Please initiate the claim by emailing us at info@cazcanestequila.com
